Return Process

  Log in to your AimShop account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
